Service & Repair 

DK-Technologies in need of repair or service are to be returned with appropriate RMA number.

The relevant RMA number can be requested here:


Before returning your unit please note the following standard terms: 

By returning your unit on the issued RMA number, you automatically accept the standard terms and flat rate repair prices. For further pricing information please contact DK-Technologies on the above email address. 


The bench check fee is the minimum fee paid for any returned device.



In cases where we find it necessary, we will require prepayment.

All other charges associated with electronic invoicing, bank transfers, 3. carrier fee and certificates will be billed to your account.

Please indicate if the delivery address is different from the invoice address.

In case we have to replace more expensive parts not mentioned in the price lists, we shall return with a quote before repairing the unit.
